     [Personal Chef Gary Ucella] I bring over 30 years of culinary training and personal chef experience to your home. My training started with my grandmother from Italy. Then I trained formally at Johnson & Wales University in the Culinary Arts program, graduating Cum Laude, and continued with the Marriott Hotels. Over the years I’ve worked with some of the most talented Chefs in Vermont, on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Boston, Houston, and Dallas.
